Power brooming, infill replenishment and pet-safe sanitizing for lawns, dog runs and putting greens across Palm Beach and Broward.
We've installed turf for over 20 years, so we clean it the way it was built to be cared for.
We photograph the turf and check seams, edges and drainage before we start.
Leaves, pet waste and organic buildup come out of the fibers and off the surface.
A motorized brush lifts matted blades and works the infill back into place.
An enzyme treatment breaks down urine and odor-causing bacteria, then we rinse.
We top off low infill and send before-and-after photos with notes.

Every visit includes our five-step clean and a photo condition report.

(954) 504-8456Turf doesn't need mowing, but it isn't maintenance-free. In South Florida, heat, humidity, pollen, leaves and pet urine build up in the fibers and the base. Left alone, that leads to odor, matted traffic lanes and slower drainage after storms. Regular care keeps it looking new and helps it last longer.
A power broom is a motorized brush with stiff bristles. It stands matted blades back up, pulls embedded debris to the surface and spreads infill evenly. It's what turns a flat, worn-looking lawn back into a full one, and it reduces wear in high-traffic spots.
Infill is the sand or granules worked down between the blades. It keeps blades upright, weighs the turf down, protects the backing from sun damage and helps water drain. Rain and foot traffic wash it out or compact it over time. We top it off with the right type for your surface, including antimicrobial infill for pet areas.
Our enzyme treatment breaks down urine and the bacteria that cause odor, down into the backing and base where a hose can't reach. You get a fresher yard and a cleaner surface for kids and pets. It's safe to use again once dry.
Lawns without pets do well with quarterly visits. Pet areas usually need monthly odor treatment, especially in summer. Putting greens play best with grooming every other month.
Yes. We service turf and putting greens from any installer, and we photograph the condition first so you know where it stands.
Some odor and drainage problems come from the base underneath, not the turf. If that's the case, we'll tell you straight and quote a repair or replacement through South Florida Putting Greens.
